SERVICE AND FEES

The following fees apply with all deposits required upon booking using the link below. The balance of the fee is required at the time of the service. All reports are forwarded via email within one week of the consultation, and most assessments are of two hours duration.

While some services accrue Private Health Fund and Medicare rebates, your fee is payable in the first instance. Check with your fund for eligibility and tick the box on the Patient Information Form if you wish to claim a rebate at your appointment. For Medicare rebates, you will require a GP Mental Health Plan activated prior to your appointment.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
$250 (incl. GST) per hour – full payment is required upon completion of the below Patient Information Form. Assessments may be booked for online or face to face.

Compassion Fatigue Counselling and Support
$250 (incl. GST) per hour – full payment is required upon completion of the below Patient Information Form. Assessments may be booked for online or face to face.

Mentoring and Supervision
$250 per hour (incl. GST) – full payment is required upon completion of the below Patient Information Form. Assessments may be booked for online or face to face.

Trauma Assessment and Report
$1980 (incl. GST) – a half deposit of $990 is required upon completion of the below Patient Information Form. Assessments may be booked for online or face to face.
These reports can include, but are not limited to:

• Accident & Injury
• Forensic
• Family & Domestic Violence
• Fitness for Trial

Education and Seminars
$990 half day (incl. GST) or $1980 full day (incl. GST) – full payment is required upon completion of the below Patient Information Form.

Rebates
The general Medicare rebate is $87.45 for counselling sessions only. However, if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net Threshold, 80% of your fee will be refunded. You will require a GP Mental Health Plan prior to commencing therapy. Private Health Funds pay different rebates – please check directly with your Fund.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours notice receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations with a minimum of 24 hours notice receive a half deposit refund.
No refunds apply after that time. Postponements require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order for the deposit to be “held over” in full.
